Discus and support I can't even check my settings or account, can't play WW2 at all? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; when my account signs in, if I select my account the entire screen turns darker and I can not check anything, my settings, nothing happens.     I can't even check my settings or account, can't play WW2 at all?


    when my account signs in, if I select my account the entire screen turns darker and I can not check anything, my settings, nothing happens. I can play WW2, once I launch it screen turns black and all I hear is the music, can go to home screen, just a black
    screen?

    I wish to enter my name using my name

    To clarify, I want to change the name setting on my account, not my gamer tag, I find it ridiculous that the system can't perform a simple check against information which can't be wrong (like your name for a working credit card) or even that there's a possibility
    that the support team can't change something about your account!

    Same problem here. Checked all my privacy settings, nothing blocked online. Can't get to battlelog, can't play online, can't get to Premium via the button, but oddly was able to use the "store" button and it gave me the option to purchase it.

    I have purchased DLC with my account in the past with no problems.

    I have the same issue, I bought Minecraft for my sister under 13, created an Xbox account for her and she can't even login into the game, only the web web browser, there's no settings we can change into her account because she can't login in the game itself,
    only in the browser, and she can't play online at all
