    Swapping Account of my Gamertag and signing up for XLIVE Rewards

    Hey ,

    I got a problem with my account swap. Everytime I try I get an error that my account cant be swapped right now . Why is this ? I am using this gamertag for over 5 years now.

    Also I can't get signed up for XLIVE Rewards , It says my age isnt allowed to enter. But I am 20 years old so i should enter the rewards without any problems.

    Hi

    So, I can remember my profile name and email that is connected to that. But when I'm asked for the password I can' remember.

    I don' t have the email address anymore so when they send me a reset code to that address I can' t see it. Anyway you can get them to send the reset code to another email instead of the one I don' t have anymore?

    You can rent cars online can't buy them, you get rewarded some for leveling up online. In single player you go to the show room. I just can't get my cars I entered the code for them but they don't show up anywhere :/
