I can't enable adult restrictions on my account

Discus and support I can't enable adult restrictions on my account in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I've been an adult the entire time I've used this account and have not been able to access adult content since resetting my password.     I've been an adult the entire time I've used this account and have not been able to access adult content since resetting my password. Followed links in other similar questions and they were dead. Please help - on PC

    This is not the case every time there is a message saying that cross platform needs to be enabled. And the option is not available on the child account

    Some titles require an account be an adult account to use certain modes. This is by design and the account would have to wait to be an adult account to use this feature.
    If that's the case, it seems a little silly. Let's let them play the game but let's restrict it so they can't cross platform play. Which is no different then actually playing the game. Is there a way to confirm if that's the case as there is no such specific
    error say that's its been restricted

    Not a question, just venting - My kids keep spending my money so I had to cancel my auto renewal and remove all forms of payment.

    If the account he's using is a child account then you can restrict purchases, if it's an adult account you can't.

    You can't set restrictions on an adult account. They will need a new profile. Unfortunately you can't transfer data between accounts either. Once they have their own account you can add them to a family account and set restrictions

    Thanks for the support message.

    Actually, EA has a restriction to not allow child accounts to play their games online and Star Wars Battlefront is an all online game. Regardless of the parental restrictions on the child account, EA has enabled that restriction. Sorry. Your child will
    have to sign into an adult account or wait until he turns the legal age in your region to play that game.
