    i can't edit my privacy setting at all even though I am an adult


    I came across this problem mainly because of the reason of not being able to play minecraft on multiplayer mode and I just realized this when i am about to paly with my friends. I have tried doing the solutions given by other posts with similar question but for some reason it doesn't work. I am also not in a microsoft family. I hope someone can help me with this problem

    I have tried redownloading my account and changing my settings on the website, but all I ever see when I go to my Privacy & online safety is: "Your privacy settings are in effect, but can't be changed until we connect to the service." Just like B4Halo and
    I know I am an Adult b/c I can make purchases on my 360 plus there is no option to upgrade to Adult and I am legally an Adult.

    That is not true. I cannot download M-rated content, no matter whether it is a demo or not. I am listed as "adult" in the Privacy and Online Settings, even though I am only 15. My email reflects that, and because of that, I cannot download M-rated content.

    being 20 years old is NOT a child account, get your facts straight. Can't edit the privacy and online settings and tried every single link on this site which does not fix the issue at all. It keeps saying "How parents can change the settings of the child
    account" and all I AM NOT A FREAKING CHILD ANYMORE I AM 20! I AM AN ADULT IN THE FAMILY! PLEASE HELP this is ruining my and everyone's experience on Xbox Live.
