I cant edit my location, bio, or my profile color

I can't edit my location, bio, or my profile color. According to another post, Microsoft is supposed to be working on this but that was all the way back in 2013 and it's 2018 and I'm having that problem. Either they didn't do anything about it or the
bug is back. no matter what it's annoying that I cant change these things on my profile. I'm trying to do this on the Xbox app for Windows and the website. Help
