I can't edit my bio, name, or location on xbox

Why can't I change my bio location and name on the Xbox 360 console

I am having the same issue and its really annoying me I can not edit my name, location, and bio on my console anymore but im able to edit it on xbox.com and it shows what game im playing instead of my profile ?????

@Vibro: I don't think so because I wasn't notified of one and if there is, it usually says so when I login to my console.

@Miss; It's been going on for more than a few days. I can't edit anything that would be in my bio page (tagline, name, location or bio itself); and I did check the security, it's not blocked. I forgot to add that I can change it on the console, I just prefer
web since there are spacings and the console isn't easy to maneuver through it with only LB/RB.

@Adot; I can edit my bio on the console, so that's really not required since it's an issue with the website and not on my console.

I want to update my bio so I can get in this clan but the location name and bio don't show up.

I have a solution, it is the only way I believe. I was haveing the the same problem, until I remembered that there is a xbox app called "xbox smart glass" on the App Store for iPhone and android, on the app you can edit your bio,location ,name. At the bottom
of the screen you will see two icons one on the right has a shirt in the circle when clicking on that icon , it will direct you to another page where you will be allow to edit your avatar ,to the left of that icon is a pencil and board in the circle when
clicking on that icon you will be lead to another page that will allow you to edit your,motto,name,location,bio,etc
