    i cant earn xbox 360 achievements after my reset.


    so in late 2014 my account was hacked/modded by someone that decided to give me all of my achievements in all of my xbox 360 games. in mid-2015 my account was suspended for about a week and after i got back on all of the achievements were wiped from my profile.
    though i do not mind of them being wiped the part i do mind is that they are still registered as unlocked but when i look at the percentage of completion it say 0% and 0G/1000G but when i go on to them on my xbox one and xbox window app they say unlocked on
    the date the modder/hacker gave them to me but no progress is achieved. i do not mind having to unlock all of the ahievements again but what i need first is that they were wiped completely.

    i have already contacted support from Xbox Custmor Support :[Mod Removed]

    and they have helped me well but the problem is still around

    how would i go about fixing this issue?

    Gamerscore got reset.

    My gamerscore got reset due to cheating in April 2013 it got reset i did not really care but now i do care cause i cannot earn any more achievements all the achievements for all my games are locked like i cant earn them at all. can microsoft unlock the achievements
    i dont mean unlock them i mean like unlock them so i can earn them once agian. please resond. my gamertag:

    GamerScore reset. Not gaining gamer score.

    you can only earn achievements in that you didn't have during the reset. if you had a achievement unlocked when you were reset then you cant earn that one back

    Sorry but if your achievements have been reset and you have cheater on your profile, you will never be able to earn achievements for the games that were reset on your profile.

    They've stopped adding the "cheater" label on your 360 gamerzone as there are no gamerzones on the xbox one.

    Alice is right though,if you have your 360 achievements reset for modding then you can never re earn any reset achievements on that profile again.

    Your profile can't be "hacked" & you are not allowed to post support numbers on the forums,they are for phone/chat support only.

    As it's all xbox 360 games it looks like you've had a Gamerscore reset for modding achievements.

    When you receive a Gamerscore reset then you will not be able to re earn any reset achievements on that account.
