I cant earn achievements because my gamer scor wasn't reset

I can't earn achievements because my gamerscore wasn't reset right so it still said I have them unlocked still but if I have my gamerscore would be much higher.

I've talked to a Microsoft agent and they gave me this case number so it would be an engineer for the engineers to fix it. The case number is {1435856277}.

My Xbox account has been banned for about 2 weeks and they took away all my gamer score and they said i was modding it which i wasn't but i had 110,600 gamer score and now i have 1,250 and i cant earn any of the achievements back. i just want my account
to be back to the way it was. My gamertag is

 

Im Outraged About Gamer-Score Resets.

Yes i recently got reset due to modifying my gamer-score. Yes I DO UNDERSTAND that i broke code of conduct and it is my fault for modifying my gamer-score. I DO UNDERSTAND. And i stand behind Xbox live 100% . I agree with the consequences .Gamer-score reset
and labeled a cheater. I agree with that fully 100%. The thing that outrages me is that we "cheaters" CAN NOT earn achievements for the games me modified. To all the Xbox live enforcers out there just know that before we got reset and labeled a cheater we
we already facing consequences. It was not fun to earn achievements anymore. When i got reset and found out i could not earn achievements anymore i was just shocked. But as the dedicated Xbox player i was i still renewed my Xbox live membership to 12 months
and still bought 4000 Microsoft points and purchased games from you guys.I really wish you would fix this and let us earn previous achievements . I have been playing ps3 and earning trophies because that is the closest thing to earning achievements. I speak
for everyone who has gotten reset. At least give us "cheaters" a second chance . The whole reason i played Xbox was to earn achievements . Just remember everybody deserves a second chance. And a second chance is not labeling us "cheaters" and not letting us
earn previous achievements. Just think about it.

Gamerscore resets are permanent. The only way to re-earn those achievements would be to start a new account.

 

i think he just means achievements arent applying gamerscore correctly to his account. show theyre showing in an unlocked state but hes not seeing it reflected in the total

Which is because he was given a gamerscore reset. You can tell by looking through the achievements.
