I can't download Xbox Live profile in backwards compatibility mode

I just bough an Xbox One Slim and everytime I attempt to play a backwards compatible game my 360 Xbox Live profile does not load up nor does it appear on the sign in list. When I attempt to download it manually I get an error saying I am not connected to
Xbox Live.

Can I get a fix for this issue?

I can't download my profile on Xbox One backwards compatibility. It keeps giving me the code error 80070571 which translate to that my profile is corrupted and it is not. My profile is perfectly fine both on my One and 360.

 

Hey, The BS Police! Sorry to see you're running into any errors. When it says you aren't connected to Xbox Live, it should give you the option to test your connection. If you are able to do that, can you post back with what error is at the top of the more
info page when you hit the A button? We'll be able to determine what our next steps are after that.

 

I have the same issue! Specifically on red dead redemption. It keepsseems saying "sorry xbox live profiles can't be downloaded right now. Try again later. 800704DC"

Let's go ahead and try these steps to clear the Xbox 360 cache on Xbox One and see if it helps.

1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.
   
   Note Double-tapping the Xbox button will open the guide from any other screen on the console.
   
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All settings.
4. Select System and then select Storage.
   
5. Select Clear local Xbox 360 storage.
6. Select Yes and restart the console. This will not affect your cloud saved games or Xbox One games and profiles.

I'm having this same issue trying to play Forza Horizon. I bought an Xbox One S, plays online just fine, when I try to play a 360 game it has me download a profile which repeatedly says I'm "can not connect to Xbox live". When I check my network it say
all services up and running. As I go back to the game, same request to download, same error. Tried Red Dead and NBA Jam, same results. Been playing Just Cause 3, Halo, and Assassins Creed without online issues for One. Tried clearing cache even though it's
a new Xbox and shouldn't have a cache. Tried hard reset. Tried wireless and Ethernet connections. I know my Xbox live is good, looking for a solution to BC games
