I can't download xbox 360 games

When there are games for gold and they are xbox 360 games I attempt to download them but it says that these transactions cannot be done on Xbox.com they can only be done on the store, even though I'm downloading it off the store. Why does it do this?

Cannot buy games with backward compatibility (Trial Gold)

I can download Xbox one games with "Games with Gold" but i can't download 360 Game.

Can't download xbox 360 games

you'll have to add your credit card details or PayPal info.

If you still have a 360 console you can download them from their without entering any of this info.

Can you please try finding the actual 360 game in the store instead of clicking on the GwG link to see if that helps? If it does not then just purchase the game from the website.

Hi, i had this same issue some years ago, i remember fixing it by signing out of my account and the back in, it was some sync issue. If this is not the case let us know. Hope this helps.

this doesn’t work, I’ve tried in every possible way to fix it and I didn’t succeed.

You can't buy 360 games from the xbox one as they are separate marketplaces

Only way to download 360 games is an 360 console.or the 360 Web marketplace
