    Hello,

    I can't download the xbox app and I bought the game pass.

    I tried to download it so many times, but everytime it stops halfway the download. I tried cleaning my driver C and did all the other tips, but nothing helps.

    I am really frustrated and I don't know what to do because I bought the game pass on my pc and I cannot use it. I would glad for someone to help as fast as possible. I tried contacting staff from the chat but they did not help, and just replied with
    the same message. Thanks for all the helpers!!!

    I try to download Netflix on my Xbox and it’s saying I already have it downloaded when I don’t. It’s not in my library either I just can’t get it

    Hi,

    Does anyone know if this was fixed? I just experienced it a few days ago and can't download Netflix. Note this is the only app I can't download on Xbox. Tried other apps and games and they worki fine after deleting them and downloading again.

    I don't even have the xbox app. I don't have the gaming services app either and nothing on the microsoft store even wants to download. So, like if I need the xbox app to play forza I can't even download that

    Hello no worries, for the Windows, try to see if there some optional Updates missing in the system.

    See which version of Windows 10 you have

    Updates are often seen as optional and should probably have optional and security updates to be made to the system.

    Also, make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed, it works with the Xbox App.
