    Xbox 360 error code: 83840002

    I type in my information and it downloads the first part fine but when it gets to downloading my game info it just stops downloading and it gives me the error message that Xbox Love profiles can't be downloaded right now. Then the error code 83840002

    I have even bigger issue, I buy an album from Music app on my surface pro. BUT I can't download it. It keep giving me error message 0xc1010003 (0x80040154). I tried searching it in the error code lookup and come up nothing. Does someone got this issue and
