    I can't download the monthly free games from Xbox


    Hey everyone, I just got an Xbox one and just bought a 3 month membership. I went to games, browse all Games, and entered the code there. It worked and says on Xbox.com that I have Gold and even next to my avatar on the Xbox it shows the G. But when I go
    to the monthly free games, it says "join now and start saving". why does it show this when I clearly have Gold? I want to be able to download the free games.

    hi

    I have q gold subscription however I can't download th monthly free Xbox 360 games.... it always asks Fme to pay for the game. Isn't it suppose to be a free game?

    You're not showing as gold here so the subscription may not have fully updated yet. You can also double check that it did get added on
    Sign in to your Microsoft account If you added it on the console, try signing out and back in. If you added it on the website, it can take longer to update. You can try testing your connection on the console
    to see if it helps sync it correctly.
