i cant download the game on microsoft store

I bought forza horizon 5 as a gift and transferred it to the microsoft store and tried to install the game, but it said retry didn't want me so I decided to try again later and now I'm trying. i watched a couple of tutorials and nothing works me pending and for 1 hour nothing happens

i cant join my friends game, it says to download "ms xbl xbox link" on Microsoft store but each time i open microsoft store it closes it right after.
