I can´t download the game for xbox 360 this month

Go to settings and delete the cache, then try again.

If you already redeemed there should be no problem in your account, so the problem is whiting your xbox.

You can try also unplugging the power from your console a few minutes, delete the cache, and then try again. If does not work, try troubleshooting your network, may be there some issues.

Dies your account region match your actual region ? If not.that would be why

For bc titles console region language region actual region and account region MUST matchh

You can change your region under accounts settings here at xbox.com it nly be changed every 3months

And you have to live in an xbox live region

I don't think that's the problem. My region is correct and I've donwloaded in the xbox live gold last month. I can't download the xbox 360 game offered this month.

On the 360, my record is 9 hours for 6gb.

I can`t imagine ever trying to download an xbox one game at that rate.

I pay nothing for my broadband so i can`t complain.
