I can't download the free xbox 360 games of november.

I try lots of times to download the games but always give me an error that says sorry try to download it later, i try every day since 1th of this mont and the problem persist.

Castlestorm and xbox one compatibility

I have an Xbox One. Castlestorm is a free game for November, labeled as Xbox 360. I shows on backward compatibility list. Should I not be able to download it to play on my Xbox One. The Microsoft announcement says Gold Members now double their free games.
I am a Gold Member

 

problem with the games with gold

I have a problem with the games with gold. I can download the Xbox One games on my Xbox One but whenever I try to download the free Xbox 360 games, it says buy for free and when i press it, it goes to a blue screen. Same with the Internet Explorer, it just
says go to the Xbox store and download it, which I obviously can't do.. I do not have a Xbox 360 in order to download the free Xbox 360 games with games with gold, so it can automatically pop up in my Install on the Xbox One. So my question is, "How do I download
the free Xbox 360 games without an Xbox 360?"

Thanks for your post. If there are issues purchasing the Xbox 360 Games with Gold game, try purchasing it on our website found here:

Xbox Live Games with Gold If possible, try redeeming the promotion on an Xbox 360.

Hi Ezra G, i try it now also try from my xbox one and xbox 360 and keeps giving me that error.

The problem begins when i try to download Assassin's Creed 1 and now persist with the Dante's Inferno.

Hi Paul, thanks for the help, well i use a wired network, yes i try it too and i try to use the advises that give the forum like clear the cache and keeps coming that error, but from my xbox 360 the error says that the product is not accesible from my
market.

Assassins Creed doesn't seem to be available anymore with the Games with Gold unfortunately. I suggest giving it a try online from the Microsoft Store. Make sure you are signed into the account you want the games added to. Here is the link to the game in
