    Not now, as the offer to transfer the season pass has expired. Info from Activisions call of duty ghost website

    Buying Hardened Edition on 360 - Want to use Season Pass on Xbox One. How?

    I have the digital download for both Xbox 360 and Xbox One. I want to buy Cod Ghosts Hardened for Xbox 360 , Use the season pass, and sell the game. But I want the season Pass on the Xbox One. I understand once Ive upgraded I cant use the season pass on
    the Xbox 360 as this picture shows.

    Has anyone else done this and how do I do it? Do I redeem on 360 then log into Ghosts on Xbox One and Click Upgrade? I am not sure. Thanks
