    I can't download the blu ray app. I can get into the store it always says error


    Yeah something is disturbing my connection where I can't Download the Blu Ray app. So I can't play DVD Blu Ray movies and I cant get into the Xbox store. Nothing but error message. Can anybody help?

    What does this mean? I want to download the blu ray player app, but I cannot search in the store because of this error code.

    Blu-ray app issues with 4K

    You can always download the Xbox Insider Hub app and if you are constantly getting error messages in the Blu-Ray app, file a report. This will go directly to the development team and give them data they can investigate.

    Personally, I have never had an issue with the Blu-Ray app. Where have you got the app installed, intenal drive or external drive? If external, move to the internal drive.

    I went to use both a DVD and Blu-ray this morning and neither of them worked. I got the error code 0X87DE2712 as well. I haven't tried any games yet however I am quite annoyed! I was thinking about deleting the app and then re-installing it, but read that
    the Blu-ray app wasn't in the store anymore. I don't know if that is a good or bad thing since I can't use the Blu-ray player anyway. Just waiting for MS to get in gear and get it fixed.

    Deleted the app thinking there was an update since the latest firmware and now can't even find the blu-ray app in the store?!
