    I Can't Download System Update


    The new system update came out and I can't download it, it says

    Can't download the update. To test your connection, open System settings and selct Network Settings, Test Xbox Live Connection.

    Status Code:

    42FE-0000-0080-0300-8007-2751

    It's not my connection as far as I can tell so I don't know what to do.

    I can't find it in "System Update" and I can't find in in the Insider Hub I Can't Download System Update :(

    HORRIBLE install times

    I also have this problem. Took 45min to download a 271mb system update. Can't download the Project Cars update either. Good to know I'm not the only one!!

    I Can't Download System Update

    The server status page says that Xbox Live is down for Xbox 360 users. I got the update early this morning and played online today as well, but for now, I can not log into live from my 360.

    When it's asks if I want to download the system update, I press Yes. It shows the download and then it says it can't download. I can't finish the update is all.

    I know your internet is working fine with other devices but for us to best isolate the issue, can you try connecting the console to a different network? A mobile hotspot for example?

    The status code says its something with its Live connection, which could be as annoying as "I need to connect to LIVE to download the update! but... I can't connect to LIVE without the update... but I need to connect to download the update! But I can't connect
    without the update..." over and over again.

    Can't process the update...

    It is a system update. Therefore I am not allowed to download my profile because I can't connect to Xbox Live without this update. Clearing the system cache does nothing.
