I Can't Download Sunset Overdrive After Redeeming Code HELP!

Hi All,

I just got Xbox One Sunset Overdrive Bundle and when I tried to download the game using the code which came with the console nothing happened. Now when I try to re-download the game it says something like 'this code has been used before'. I have searched
everywhere in the Xbox but there are no signs of the game anywhere.

Sunset Overdrive download disappeared

Hi guys, I just got my Sunset Overdrive Xbox One, and just got it set up. I went entered my Sunset Overdrive code and it started to download, but then it disappeared from my download queue and I can't figure out how to get it back. Please help me!

Sunset Overdrive..Where is it?

Today I got the Sunset Overdrive edition Xbox One Console. I went to the games tab and redeemed my digital download code for Sunset Overdrive. I got the message "You now own Sunset Overdrive Day One Edition."

However, when I go to "My games and apps," the game is nowhere to be found. Not even in the queue. When I go to each version of Sunset Overdrive in the store, it gives me an option to purchase the game, but not download it.

I started downloading the free games available and all of those seem fine.

I essentially just redeemed the code, got the confirmation, but the download never started. And I cannot re-enter the code.

Any advice, guys?

I have a different issue. Purchased the XBOne + Sunset Overdrive Bundle and got it today. But after I tried to redeem the code (the Store told me I succeded in activating) the game wasn't displayed in "My Games"

I am also having problems redeeming codes i get an error code saying something went wrong i just tried to redeem the day one edition stuff for sunset overdrive

Hey there,

It sounds like the code was for some in-game DLC, so it downloaded really quickly. Retrieve the card where the code was and scratch off more of the grey area; there should be a second code, and this one will be for the game. Redeem that code and Sunset Overdrive
should begin downloading.

I redeemed the Sunset Overdrive vanity bundle dlc code that I received in a message on my xbox one. I redeemed in on xbox.com and then I deleted the code cause it said it worked. I have been playing and still no items.
