    I can't download some types of apps


    My Xbox one when i search and app like Groove music or Blu-ray DVD my Xbox just cant download the app in the screen appears stop installation like three times appears this mesajes and after that appears another mesaje that said there is a mistake but this
    problem only happens with some kind of app neither the games and neither the famous apps like nitflix and YouTube

    i already reset my Xbox and my modem i already check this in other red and i delete my profile and download it again and this just doesn't work and i need help to fix it .

    Pushing downloads to Xbox One

    I have my in standby mode and it says you can download apps while your away and it will be ready when you get home. I'm trying to download some apps but I can't figure out where or how to do it. Is this possible?

    Can't download Apps on my Xbox

    Hey - for some reason whenever I sign on to my xbox live account, I cannot access any apps other than 'games and apps'. I am trying to download Netflix but I can't seem to do so. Please help!

    What is the exact error message you get when you try to download/install apps like Groove or the Blu-ray app? Does it also give you an error code? If so, can you provide that information to us? That'll help us investigate what's going on.

    Impossible to DOWNLOAD APPS

    I have the same problem, first was with some games, now with apps. I've already do the soft and full factory reset, but I still can't download any app.

    Does xbox360 need a true second screen solution?

    If I can use a gadget (android tab or iphone) I already have by downloading a free app I can't see a downside.

    If I have to ditch my phone and buy a windows phone/tablet then I can't see it catching on.

    I'm not sure it would be any use in FPS, but I can see it working well in other game types and especially for media apps.

    Before I uninstalled my Xbox App, the answer was YES. Now I can't download any games, I don't know if I can update the games I already downloaded. But I tried to download some applications and Microsoft Store works perfectly. The only thing I can't download is game.

    Savegames from other uses.

    You can't unless you download there saves to a hardrive an you have some type of software that can change the ids of the games so really no you can't play saved game saves from other accounts
