I can't download some games

Discus and support I can't download some games in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I bought the game WATCH DOGS on 19/02/2015 and still unable to download.     I can't download some games


    I bought the game WATCH DOGS on 19/02/2015 and still unable to download. The message "unable to download" always appears and stops the process.

    Now the worst, when I select the game to download appears the price to buy! Just like if I had not bought.

    I hope you can help me solve this problem.

    Both games have been delisted. So they are no longer available for digital purchase.

    Hi, sorry but I can't buy Earthworm Jim HD for Xbox 360, when I try to buy it, the page says that it is unavailable. I would like to know why and if will have the opportunity to buy it in another moment. Also with Amazing Spiderman 2 for Xbox One.

    Ok does your account region match your actual region? Excluding territories and us foreign bases

    If not that would be why

    Also you have to download the content from your download history not from the marketplace

    Similar issue here.

    Paid for AW Season Pass on 27/02/2015 (transaction verified as completed by PayPal), no download occurred, nothing shows in download history either.

    As OP discovered when season pass is selected again we're asked to buy again. Why?

    Account region and actual region match and nothing else has changed.

    Solution please.

    What is the exact error message you get when you try to download/install apps like Groove or the Blu-ray app? Does it also give you an error code? If so, can you provide that information to us? That'll help us investigate what's going on.

    Some games require updates you should get an option to download and install updates either before the game downloads or after the games downloads try clearing all the queue and clear the cache then download the games one at a time (no queuing) and try either
    updating during download or download the game then update after.

    I can't see any other reason why some do download fine and others don't

    Sorry I can't be of better help for a solid solution but I hope you find a successful solution
