I cant download some digital games to my XBOX 360

Long ago i bought three digital games in the xbox store on my XBox 360 system. They where Gears of War 3, Assassins Creed Black Flag and Call of Duty Black ops. When trying to download them now, the process is interrupted at 80%, and the system saves them
on my console as corrupted files. This is not a problem on my xbox one wich allows me to operate them normally.

However these same games would like to be able to play them on my Xbox 360 again, and i cannot do it due to the aforementioned problem.

Please request a response and solution on this problem.

I have tried logging out and clearing the memory cache and got the same result.

I have been a customer of the company for many years and have never had any problems.

Please ask for help me with this matter.

This seems strange. You can try the following:

- Make sure you have enough space on the hard drive.

- Download one game at a time.

- Try again in a few days. (Maybe there's a general server problem currently?)

If it still doesn't work, you should contact Xbox support: http://xbox.com/support

All three of those games are still available and you should be able to install them on your 360.

I cant find my xbox 360 game in my library at all and i cant play other games on disc because i have a all digital xbox

Are you using a disc copy or a digitally downloaded copy? If it's digital, let's have you try this guide for some help with that specific error.

but on the faq on Call of duty ghosts website it says

No, Xbox 360 game license will not be deactivated. Both game licenses will be retained.

I am really confused, does that only apply if you buy the game of the dashboard?

Also will it be available Nov 5th...?
