    I can't download Red Dead Redemption


    Hi.

    I've been trying to download RDR and my download just keep stopping. I though it was because I was getting randomly disconnected from Xbox Live, but this is no longer happening.

    Can someone help me? I've read that I should buy the disc version but I think it's unfair because they are gonna charge it to my credit card already.

    What is the content you are trying to download? Red Dead Redemption

    What error code or message are you receiving? It says: "la descarga se ha detenido"

    What region is your account? Colombia

    What region do you physically live in? Colombia

    Results from speed.net:

    - Ping: 21 ms

    - Download speed: 4.65 Mbps

    - Upload speed: 1.05 Mbps

    Cant download Tomb Raider

    I downloaded Tomb rider just fine today, but having problems with Red Dead Redemption still since the 2.3.2015, "Can't download".

    ping is ok but your speed is kinda low

    what type of connection is it?

    dsl cable or 3g ?

    My type of connection is dsl cable. I know my speed is low but I want to know if this kind of problem could be caused for some other reason...

    Should be OK are you getting a strict Nat warning when you do a network test?

    It really should be higher

    Also are you sure you aren't being throttled?

    Like taking a lot of bandwidth and they kick down your speed ? Usually happens when they notice you are eating a lot of speed

    I can't download Red Dead Redemption

    A strict Nat warning would be a good sign that speed isn't consistent..

    Try during late at night when there is less usrrs

    Thanks ngocphi, I decided to buy for a better internet speed and I've alredy downloaded the game. I can't download Red Dead Redemption :)

    I have exactly the same issue.

    I purchased Red Dead Redemption and trying to download it but when it comes to %80 it says "Can't Download Red Dead Redemption"

    What should I do now?
