i cant download or update any games and get error: 0x80070032

i got the gamepass a few days ago and it was working fine for two days, i played games like back4blood, grounded, and subnautica below zero installed in other drives in my pc, since this morning i cannot update grounded or even play back4blood without seeing "game" cannot open because it's offline. i tried reinstalling the games and i cant even download them anymore without getting this error "0x80070032" i got shown 3 other errors before like 0x00000001 and 0x00000000 and 0x80073d0d.

i was able to reinstall gaming services and update everything in my windows, i reinstalled the xbox app, the microsoft store and have no clue as to what to do. after that only 45mb downloaded on grounded then stopped and showed 0x80070032 and thats the only error ive been getting since.

one thing i am puzzled by is why subnautica below zero is the only game i am able to reinstall and play. the day before i had to restart my pc to be able to download it but now everything else wont work but that.

EDIT: i tried repairing/resetting everything including the games, i cant find them on xbox or Microsoft store and dont see them, but it is still taking space in my hard drive. also not sure if this is relevant but when i try installing a game i see two of the same drive (G drive) while missing the (H) drive.

so it happened again, how do i restart my pc and keep this from happening again

before it was showing every drive but now its showing two G drive and missing my H drive

i think this happens after every time i turn off my computer and turn it back on

I had this 0x800 issue around a year ago. I could tell you all the 10 steps I followed to solve it, unfortunately what helped me to solved this was to restart my PC as it comes here:

In the part of Windows 10 click on "Reset this PC" these instructions will help you to solve the problem, you can even leave your important files!

Open the Settings app it is the gear in the start menu.

Open Accounts

Click Sign-in Options

Scroll down to Privacy

Uncheck "Use my sign-in info to automatically finish setting up my device and reopen my apps after an update and restart."

Restart your PC!
