I cant download on microsoft store, nor download the Xbox launcher

So as the title says i cant download any games nor the Xbox client. When I download stuff it just says "Wrong" and the code is 0x80070006, same goes for xbox.

I have visited every forum and watched most videos so I've tried most things, including, msreset.exe, reinstalled the store, tried stuff in the CMD and much more.

One thing that I haven't tried was reinstalling windows (which I would like to skip)

I couldn't find Windows Update on Services if that could affect it?

I see. If that fails, try downloading the game via Minecraft launcher. You can download the launcher through the Microsoft Store app, Xbox app, and the Mojang website. After installing the launcher, log in with your Microsoft account and download Microsoft Dungeons.

i dont have the xbox app and i cant see the minecraft on microsoft store

would it make a diff if i just downloaded the launcher from the official website?
but it still gives me the same error

Try reinstalling the launcher, you can download the launcher again from the Microsoft Store app, Xbox app, or from the Mojang website.

i didn't, i wanted to download Minecraft launcher but when I went to install it, it tried to connect to Microsoft store and failed, and then it said that I should try myself download it from Microsoft store.
