Status:

When i try to launch a backward compatible game title (especially Xbox360) on my Xbox One console,

I get an error that doesn't connect to XboxLIVE and I can't download my profile.

The situation appears to have been caused by accidental deletion of the Xbox360 profile that was stored on Xbox One more than two months ago.

However, even if you erase your profile, you should be able to download it from XboxLIVE, so it can only be considered a bug.

XboxLIVEに繋がらないというエラーが表示され、プロフィールのダウンロードができない。

I have not been able to play the game since the first install when it became free for XLive Gold so I don't think I have any saved files stored in the cloud. But, I'm interested in looking into your suggestion about xbox 360 profile. First is, I thought
my Xbox One profile is my only profile on my Xbox One console. If I do have a separate Xbox 360 profile on the same console, how do I erase it & download the latest Xbox 360 profile to my Xbox One, hopefully without affecting my Xbox One profile?

If you are just simply trying to add a profile you had on your Xbox 360 to your Xbox One, you can do so by just putting in the login information for that account on your Xbox One.

The problem is that I never linked my xbox 360 to my xbox live account, and now it don't want to. So I'm trying to link my xbox live account to my xbox 360, but all I get are error messages.
