    I can't download my Xbox/360 games through Xbox Live Gold


    Whenever I try to download a Xbox/360 game it just give me an error saying that my account can't make this kind of purchase. Is there any way I could resolve this issue?

    I don't think that's the problem. My region is correct and I've donwloaded in the xbox live gold last month. I can't download the xbox 360 game offered this month.

    My son has a paid xbox live gold subscription and I am able to download the free xb1 games under it including the rated M ones because I do not have content restrictions set.

    Are you saying there is some special restriction that you can't download the free xbox 360 games under a child xbox live gold account?
