    Hi , Ive bought my son a New Xbox 360 for Xmas but we cant download his profile or login to Xbox live .

    For some reason it wont accept my email and password login details please help

    Im having the same issue. I deleted my account and everything and it wont even let me re-add my account now. These outages are getting extremely annoying and we get 0 compensation.
