I can’t download my profile

I keep getting Error 80072746 “Sorry, there’s a problem with the credentials that you’re using to sign in” when trying to download my profile to play on xbox 360 games on xbox one. I’ve tried resetting my console, changing my password, clearing the cache, and everything in between. Does somebody know how to fix this?

There's been a handful of similar threads today with the same error code which leads to believe there's a server issue going on with the 360 consoles. I can't find anything on the status page yet but I hope it is resolved soon.

same. I was getting the error some live content is temporary unavailable. I read deleting and re downloading my profile might help. Now I can’t even redownload my profile.

I’ve just tried this and it hasn’t worked. I still can’t connect to xbox live on the 360 to download my profile.

There are no reports as well but for sure it will stay working now.
