yesterday I did not remember my xbox password so I changed it, when I login in xbox 360 I asked for the new password, I put the new password and I made an error, I changed the password 10 times and I could not enter, delete the xbox profile and now I can not download it, I'm very angry help

Xbox gamertag transfer help

So does that mean i cant transfer my 360 gamertag to my xbox one and keep my achievements and gamerscore from the 360 profile?

I had a similar problem, and it's difficult to find the answer... you have to create a Xbox 360 App password.

In a browser on a phone/tablet/PC-

from Xbox Support:

Sign in to your Microsoft account.

Under Security, scroll down to more security options.
Note Due to the sensitive nature of your security information, we’ll ask you to receive a code so we know you’re you.

Select Create a new app password.

Note the system-generated app password. Enter this password on your Xbox 360 console when prompted.
Important We recommend that you save this password in a safe place.

To save this password on your console, check the box when you're asked if you want to save your password.

Hi there. I have the same issue and i cant download my profile on Xbox 360 because i cant access Xbox live. Issue also presents itself on the Xbox One and Series when playing Xbox 360 games.

Same problem tried to download two profiles to play split screen both wont download
cleared 360 cache deleted all profiles

now cant play any BC titles as its deleted my main 360 profile that was working

All i get is "xbox live profile can't be downloaded right now" error 80090304

Hi guys just want to know if anyone is having the same problem as myself, i can sign into xbox one no problem but when i try to download my profile on xbox 360 it comes up with error code and saying cant download profile

Same problem tried to connect to live on 360 cant followed steps and now xbox profiles cant be downloaded at this time.
