    I can access to my account on xbox website but every time i try to see my games, achievements, friends, messages and profile it doesn't show anything, instead it redirects me to the settings page, but even in the settings page almost every option that i
    choose, redirects me to the same place...settings.

    Also i can't download my profile on my xbox, showing the error 801540A9 every time the download is about to start.

    I don't know why is this happening, i just one day truned on my xbox to play and my profile seemed to be damaged, so i deleted it in order to download it again but all this happened. Can someone help me? i'm sorry if this is the wrong place to post my problem
    but i'm a little new in this forums and i'm desperate since i bought a Gold suscription and due to this problem i can't enjoy my Gold membership.

    By the way, i had to use this account to post this since the account that i'm talking about can't even access to the forums

    Can't download my profile

    I enter my LIVE info to download my gamer profile and then a message pops up saying, "Sorry, Xbox live profiles can't be downloaded right now. try again later. 80070571. My profile was mysteriously gone when I turned on my xbox in the first place and now
    I can't download it. Help!

    I got that same error...

    I don't have an Xbox One, I just tried to download my profile to another Xbox 360 so I can play with my account on that Xbox. Now I can't do anything, because that stupid error shows up.

    Xbox 360 I have an Xbox 360 and it I can't get on anywhere because I don't have my profile on there so it doesn't bring anything up on my Xbox on how to alter anything so my profile isn't downloaded when I try to download my profile the error message did I stated in my question is what comes up and I cannot go any further and then it just exits my profile from downloading

    I tried to re-download my profile after not being able to log in and same problem here, even XBOX live website worked party at first and now it is just empty, no messages, etc... I don't care so much about my profile as long as I get my online passes and
    Live Gold but if someone hacked the payment info it can get real nasty.
