I Can't download my profile. I lost everything...

Hey.

I've bought a new game earlier in the day. After this, and a few hours of download I had a problem with this new game.

So I decided to delete it and re-install it after. I bought it on the market place from official xbox website (microsoft etc).

Since I've re-installed it, my main profile got deleted and I can't download it anymore from internet.

So I lost everything.

Please help me get my profile back and my new game also (wich was diablo 3 reaper of soul extension) .

Help me find an answer, the support is sooooooooooo hard to reach ....

An error coded 801540B7

I deleted my profile and re-download it, It shows an error coded 801540B7, and I tried it later but I just can't re-download my profile. I even formatted my HDD, and lost all my savedata of games.

All your stuff should be attached to your gamertag/email.

What do you mean you "Can not download it from the internet?" Are you having issues with the log in? Do you not have internet right now? Please give us more details so we can assist you.

There is no problem!

All your games are attached to your account, just logging in again from your profile and download game from the store.

im totally lost with what your saying. i just deleted my profile and profile only. i didnt slect delete items as well. i just deleted my profile and re downloaded it and my gamerscore and everything works perfectly

Dont try downloading your profile, I tried that and now I've lost my profile and each time I try to download it an error appears saying;

"Sorry, Xbox LIVE profiles can't be downloaded right now. Try again later.

Mine isnt working either i was on it this morning playing on MW3 for bout 1 hour then i came off it to go out when i came back and went back on it i couldnt get on, so i tried the test xbox live connection and everything is fine but on LIVE status all is
ticked except service which says

i thought re downloading my profile on the xbox would do something but now i have lost my profile on my xbox and cant download it. when try download my profule it says:
