I can't download my games with gold

This happens just with the games of xbox360 for Xbox one

When I try to start the download of my games with gold a message comes with this: sorry this game is not valid in your region

But I'm in italy... All my friends can download the games but I can't....

This happens just with 360 games... With Xbox one it's all OK... But since I have gold on my account every months I was not able to get my games free for Xbox 360

Thanks for updating us with your reply. Sorry to hear that you're still having issues downloading the 360 Games with Gold. If you haven't already, I recommend troubleshooting using the steps from our support article, Games
with Gold for Xbox FAQ, to see if they'll get everything squared away for you. Many times this can help in a short period of time

Should the troubleshooting not yield the desired results, then you may definitely
request some help from Xbox Support by requesting a call back. They would be able to further assist in troubleshooting and see if there is anything else that may be done.

Give the troubleshooting a try and let us know the results.

Thanks for answering my question ... Well, point is that I checked now and my console and my profile are both Italians... Even my address and the region are setted to italy

There is some way to get in touch with someone of microsoft support who can help me fix this?

Even if it all shows correct, try migrating your account region. For some people the 360 side of things will not show the correct region and can cause issues like that. http://live.xbox.com/accountmigration

Please make sure that your gamertag and console as set to the proper region (country). The only reason you would be getting this message is if these are not set properly. Although Xbox One games may be region free 360 games are not and can only be downloaded
to the region that they were originally intended for.

Correction : Since i can't modify or delete my post.

I'm using my main account which has no gold but i use my second account ZenMonk616 which has the gold membership to download thoses games.

So my second account Zenmonk616 has the gold membership and that's where i tried to download my free copies of the games and it's there where the membership expire the next month the 15 of april 2017.

My main account , is on xbox gold sharing but i know you can't dowload games with gold from sharing gold accounts!

But the problem is still there, i have my gold membership on my second account, i tried to download from there but nothing!!
