i can't download my games and windows 10 version 1607 bug

The error code FH601 means that there are Windows Media components missing to install Forza Horizon 3. For us to determine the root cause of this issue, kindly answer the following questions:

• Are you getting any error messages when installing the Windows Media components?
• Which version of Windows 10 are you using? (e.g. 1607 version, 1511 version)
• Is this the only game you're encountering this issue?

The Windows 10 platform is used.

The changes were made, the account change, the update of Windows 10, as well as the drivers of the video card, after all updates there was this problem!

Yes, it only affected the game!

Resetting the graphic settings takes place offline and online!

Actions undertaken to solve the problem:

1) Reset the game data.

2) Reinstall the game from the Windows store.

3) Reinstall the graphics driver, old and new version.

4) Reinstalling Windows 10, from version 1607, to version 1703.

The problem remained topical!

Also reinstalled Windows 10 from version 1703, to version 1607. On the version 1703 there were problems of compatibility of the game steering wheel logitech g25.

Hey varj,

First make sure your Running the 1607 build. Please press Windows button + R and type in "winver". If its not Version 1607 go to:

support.microsoft.com/.../windows-10-update-history

and click the Download Button.

Once you have that Version or already installed it go to the Windows 10 Store, make sure your logged into your PC and the Store in the upper right with the Profile you bought the digital Version with. Click on your Profile in the upper right, and select
"My Library" from Dropdown menu. It should be in the list of your games and you can install it there.

If not you can additionally search in the Store using the Searchbar in the upper right, type in Recore and select the Version you bought. It should give you a Install button over there if your on the 1607 build and your pc meets the requirements.

If you want to benefit from a PlayAnywhere title make sure you bought the digital and not the Disc Version.

I also activated my UE on XBox.com last night - it has successfully downloaded onto my XBox but I cannot find a link to download it onto my PC. (Windows 10 / 1607).
