I can't download my game

I'm trying to download halo 5 but it won't let me it keeps saying installation stopped

and the error code is 0x80070001

I can't download my games.

When I try, it tells me that my email address or password is not valid. But if I use the password that I used for my account here, it tells me that my ID associated with a different gamertag. And I tried calling support and got only recorded stuff.. HELP!!!!!
I do not want to lose the games I bought.

 

I can't download my games

So, I have accumulated about 100 digital games through the Xbox store and the live free games each month. I have had no problems downloading them the last few months until around Thanksgiving. I just bought Destiny from the store and can't download it.
I've been so frustrated that I've factory reset my Xbox one and formatted my external hard drive. Now I can't access any of my digital games! The issue is that the games start downloading great, then reach a certain percent and stop. Each time I cancel
the downloads and restart them, it stops in the very same place. I've been through support chat and phone support and no answers. I've done all the steps. That the problems started without any changes on my end make me believe that there is a problem with
the Xbox live servers. Perhaps they are overloaded with new black Friday consoles. That the downloads always stop at the same place makes me believe that the games are downloaded in parts, and that new downloads always have priority from the servers, but
we have to wait in some queue to get the rest of it downloaded. I have TWC (now Charter) internet and speed-tests show me at 115 down and 11 up. If it's a server problem, just tell us. Not knowing makes the frustration worse!
