And I changed my password 5 times and nothing.

Just wondering if anyone could help me i made an account online and im trying to download it to my xbox 360 but everytime i do it says the password is wrong however ive changed the password multiple times on the Xbox and online so i do not know why i cant
download it.

Please make sure you are using the correct e-mail and password. I recommend plugging in your keyboard to your XBOX 360, and typing in both your email and password slowly and carefully. Passwords are case sensitive, so if your password was 'Password', but
you typed it like 'password', then it would say it was incorrect.

have you set up two step verification?

If so, then you will need to set up an App password and use that instead of your password when downloading your profile. See this link for the steps:

If you haven't set it up, be sure to check if all is correct at:
account.live.com/.../manage

Let us know the results

 

Go to account.live.com sign in click on change password & more and then go down to create an app password and use that to sign in! If you don't want to do this scroll up to Two Step Verification and turn it off. Goodluck!

 

I don't have anything to get the app for my account.

 

This is my third account and I called support in the past.
