I cant download my account on an xbox 360? HELP PLEASE!!

So we have an xbox 360 at my place of employment and seems like im the only one that plays it. So i decided to download my xbox account to the 360 at work, but it keeps telling me that my pass word is wrong. i clearly type in my password correctly. i have
even tryed lower case and capitalizing my pass, but it tells me that eather my password is wrong or im using the wrong credentials. Please help it gets super boring when i dont have access to my x box live. (yes, i have X Box One) but would that make a difrence?

i turn on my xbox and my gamertag is missing..my other two are still on here but my main one is gone..when i go to download it it starts the download and says cant download profiles at this time..what do i do?

 

Microsoft Account passwords are case sensitive. Meaning if your password, for example, is "Kh91nR", you would not be able to log in if you type "KH91NR" or any other variation other than "Kh91nR".

Sorry to hear about the password troubles! I recommend logging into your account over at the
Account Proofs page and see if Two-Step Verification is enabled. If it is, go a head and disable it and give it another shot!

AHHHH Thank you Mister Beep, i did have two-step on and i just turned it off. i will give it a go tommorow.
