I can't download Minecraft Windows 10 edition on MS store (Microsoft store) 'Error Code:...

I did not get The latest version of Mc's update v1.16.100 so I uninstalled the game, but when I try to install it again it comes up with
'Error Code: 0x803FB005'. I can install everything else except the windows 10 edition. To fix this problem I have tried the following: (This is all the methods I found via my research
and people help but None of these methods seem to work for most people.)

I Opened Microsoft Store and clicked on my profile picture at the top right and logged out then signed back in again.

I also tried pressing windows keys + R, typed 'services. SC' and pressed enter, then located the background intelligence transfer and made sure it is set to Start and Automatic. Also, I did the same
for the Windows Update service.

I Ran the Store App Troubleshooter. I pressed windows + X keys, then clicked Settings> Update & Security> Troubleshoot I scrolled down and clicked windows Store Apps and clicked Run the troubleshooter.

I Reset Windows Store via command prompt, I typed 'cmd' in Windows search box, I right-clicked Command Prompt> Run as administrator and typed 'wsreset' and clicked enter,
then I restarted my computer.

I re-register all Store applications. I pressed the Windows + X keys> Windows PowerShell (Admin), and copied the following command and right clicked on PowerShell to paste and then pressed enter, the command: Get-AppXPackage
-AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$ ($ _. InstallLocation) \ AppXManifest.xml"} then I restarted my computer.

I then Uninstalled and reinstall the store, I pressed windows+X> Windows PowerShell (Admin)copied the following command, and right-click on PowerShell, and clicked paste.The command
get-AppxPackage -allusers * WindowsStore * | Eliminar-AppxPackage

I then copied the following, right-click on PowerShell to paste and hit Enter, then restarted my computer. The command:Get-AppxPackage -allusers * WindowsStore
* | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$ ($ _. InstallLocation) \ AppXManifest.xml”}

Please help me I have had this problem for a long time now and I can't find a solution.

I am willing to do anything.
