I cant download microsoft store games to my secondary drive (D:)

alright so i have been looking for an answer to this for over 3 years and in all my time of searching i havent come across a single thing that work

it doesnt even give me an option to use it ive tried:

factory reset: failed

drive format: failed

technical bs with the terminal: failed

updating all drivers: failed

settings:failed

xbox settings:failed

nothing that a single person has recommended me has worked even microsoft support gave up ive been looking for this for 3 years i just whanna play halo infinite campaign man

(before you tell me to just buy it on steam no screw off)

Thanks for reaching out to the forums! Can I ask what format you have your secondary drive set to? Did you use NTFS or exFAT?

I formatted it to NTFS

So here's the thing, you need to create enough space on the C drive that can accommodate the game before installing it on the D drive. I know it doesn't make sense but I'm afraid that's how it works.
