I can't download mi profile

Please advise if this does not work.

Please make sure all corrupted profiles are deleted off of your storage device before trying to continue the troubleshooting steps below. You can check this by going to Settings > System > Storage > Select your storage device > Gamer Profiles > Look in that
folder to see if there are any corrupted profiles. If you see a corrupted profile, please press A and Delete the profile only.

Once you've done that go to Settings > System > Storage > Highlight the storage device > Press Y > Select Clear System Cache > Press Yes.

Repeat the above process 3 times. Once you've done that, then try to download your profile again and see if you are able to do so
