I can’t download halo 3

Since you have already gone through the mentioned troubleshooting steps, you will have to perform a reset on the console. To do so you will need to follow the steps below to perform a reset on the Xbox :

Settings > System > Console Info > Reset This Xbox > Reset and Keep my Games and Apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

HALO 3 is a bundled game wherein you will be needing to install the base game of Halo: The Master Chief Collection that's why it requires a 159.76GB file size. You can't install HALO 3 standalone since it's the next installment in Halo: The Master Chief Collection.

You may need to update your console. To see if there’s an update available:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
   
2. Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Updates.
   
3. If there are any updates, they’ll appear in the left menu. If not, you'll see "No console update available."
   

This didn’t work. I reset my Xbox I added my account went to halo 3 and it still said “we’re having trouble getting your stuff right”

What is the status? Was problems solve?

Can’t download Halo. No still have problem.
