I can't download Gears of War 3 in Xbox 360

Okay, guys, I REALLY need some help here.

I live in Brazil and I've already tried to download Gears of War 3 in my Xbox 360 E so many times that I can't even remember.

When I download it, the game is not displayed at the "Games" tab. But when I go to the storage menu, I see the message that the game is "corrupted" or "damaged" ("Danificado" in Brazilian Portuguese). I've already tried to delete it and
download it again, to format the USB device I'm using to store it, to change the USB device, to erase system cache, to erase and download my profile again and nothing seems to work. It always shows this error. It is not a network problem because it was working
perfectly fine while the game was downloading.

I received the game with the Live Gold some time ago. Now I don't have a signature anymore but I've read that I can still play the Games with Gold that are linked to my account, right? I didn't played it at that time, but now I want to.

I am using a USB device to store the game, and I've already used it to store games as Red Dead Redemption and Skyrim, so it used to work just fine. Even now, I tried to download Plants vs Zombies to check if it still works and yes, it
works. I don't think that there's some problem with it, and I can't afford to buy a HD right now.

If someone can help me I really, really appreciate.

Games won't download

Hi, I have codes for Gears of war and Gears of war 3 that I redeem but can't download. What happens with both games is when the download reaches to 80% on my xbox 360 the console says can't download. I think that they're region locked and I live in the Bahamas.
What can be done about this? I really want to get into the Gears of war series!

 

Can't buy backwards compatible games on marketplace?

It's not gears 3, (for as far as i know gears 3 is not backwards compatible)

I can't download any backwards compatible game.

Is there another way then to log in on a xbox 360 console? like if i buy a physical disc of a backwards compatible game, would it work then? and would i be able to download 360 games after that.

 

Does your account region match your physical location?

 

Yes, I use the Brazilian Marketplace and my Xbox is set to my country, Brazil. Also, I've never changed my account region. Is there any other way to check if my account is indeed set to Brazil?

 

You can check your account information at Sign in to your Microsoft account

 

In "Manage your billing profile", my Country/Region is set to Brazil

Where are you physically located right now? Are you currently connecting to Xbox Live within Brazil or a different country? The account region on account.live.com needs to match this region in order for things to work 100%.

Yes, I'm currently in Brazil and my account is set to Brazil too. My physical location is matching the region on my account.

 

Thanks, a lot of times an error like this has to do with a location based issue. Are you using anything with your internet connection like a VPN or something similar as well? If so, are you able to disable it and try again to see if the error persists?
