I cant download games.

Got the Same issue

all my downloads remain at 0% then it will bounce to 12% and say "Cant download game" and kill the download

Curious if we're able to download any other demos from the marketplace currently without any issues? Or does this issue only appear to be affecting the recently purchased games?

Also, have we had a chance to try resetting your modem and router for a full two minutes yet?

Some additional info about your setup here may be helpful as well. Are we connecting with a wired or wireless connection? If on wireless can we try a wired setup temporarily to troubleshoot the issue?

I have the same issue. Win 11; I've made sure I have the latest updates; I've reset and uninstalled Xbox app and the store several times, rebooted several times, ran the troubleshooter, cleared caches, reinstalled everything...

Any game I have already installed seems to work. But I cannot install any new ones. When I try it starts to load but after a while says error 0x000....01 (just zeroes). I've done everything I can find there might be to do, but nothing seems to work.

The last thing I tried was this last command to power shell, but that reports this error:

+ FullyQualifiedErrorId : PathNotFound,Microsoft.Windows.Appx.PackageManager.Commands.AddAppxPackageCommand

That usually the sign of a region issue. If your account region doesn't match your physical location, or you live in a region where the game is not available, you will run into that issue.

First try to reset the Store

- Go to settings by pressing the Windows + i keys

- Navigate to Apps >>> Applications and features.

- Select the Microsoft Store application and then click Advanced Options.

- Click the Reset button.

- Confirm the reset by clicking on Reset again.

- Check the store and see if the issue is resolved.

If that doesn't work, then try to clear the Store cache;

- Try and press the "Windows + r" keys and type "wsreset.exe" (without the quotes)

- A command prompt window will pop up and close after a few seconds.

- When the Store automatically check if the issue is resolved.

If that doesn't help, next you can try to run the troubleshooter

— Go to Settings by pressing Windows + i

— Navigate to Update & Security >>> Troubleshooting.

— Then select Windows Store Applications then choose the Run Troubleshooter.

— It will launch and check for problems with the Microsoft Store. If it detects a problem, follow its recommendations to fix it.

— When you're done, open the Store and check if the issue is resolved

Last step is to reinstall the Store

— Run Windows PowerShell as administrator. (Right click on the start button and click on 'Windows Shell - Admin)

— Now to reinstall the Store, Copy and paste this command:

Get-AppxPackage -allusers Microsoft.WindowsStore | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register '$ ($ _. InstallLocation) \\ AppXManifest.xml'}

— Open the Microsoft Store and check if the issue has been resolved.
