    I can't download games from Xbox Live!


    When I go to download certain games on Xbox Live (Xbox 360), when it comes in 80% download stops and I get the message "unable to download -game name- ". I've tried everything, everything, and nothing solves the problem. Please, someone help me solve this

    I have a status code 80153016 an it says can't retrieve infomation from xbox live im trying to download a game why is this??

    error code 0x800701e7

    If it's the same code as the xbox 360 code, then it means it can't download. Try disconnecting the xbox from xbox live and see if that helps, some users are stating that the game is downloading the update for the game before it installs from the disc.
