    Please help ;;; It's my 1st time with xbox, i bought gamepass 3 days ago and i wanted to download some games. I can't install anything and i all of the time get error with code: 0x800700e7. Support told me that i have to update my computer, but it can't
    find any updates and my update manager is crazy. I'm so tired i just want to install a game please help. I'm waiting in support conatct line for 5h now, im gonna cry

    Hi, I've got the same problem with a different error code. I couldn't install GoW5 either, after spending over an hour actually talking on the phone with two Microsoft Support employee's, the end result was that they couldn't see why it wasn't working.
    The only way I could get it to install was by doing a fresh installation of Windows.

    Now I can't pre-install Outer Worlds either. Error 0x800700e7.

    Please help us! There's no point in having Game Pass Ultimate if I can't play the games.
