i can't download free games with gold membership-(add your credit card)

Dear Mr,

I would like to make a complaint about an xbox game. I wanted to download a game (game with gold membership). When i tried, there was written i had to add my credit card number. My friend living in the same street has no problem with it. At the beginning
of the month i could download them without sharing my card number. I would like to ask you if the problem is with my console or is there anything else. Please write me how can i download game without sharing my card number.

Free 1 month subscription but cannot download games

I got 3 months XBOX LIVE GOLD membership and it will expire on March 24, 2016.

I want to take free games with gold membership, but I can't. I can download only "The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing", but loading the "Thief" I am asked to add my credit card. Place - Lithuania.

 

Credit Card Required for Free Games - Xbox Gold

I signed up for the Xbox Gold membership and was able to download two games. Now, when I try to download a third, I am required to add a credit card even though the cost of the game is $0.00.

At this point I'd rather not add a credit card. What is the procedure for accessing the free Xbox one Gold content without a credit card?

 

If you are attempting to download an Xbox 360 game as part of the GwG promotion it will absolutely require a credit card (or other valid payment) method to be on file.

Unfortunately, due to the way the previous generation of game purchases were configured this has always been a requirement. Xbox One titles do not have the same requirement.
