I can't download Dungeon Siege 3

Error: "Purchase is not available now". I downloaded others games, have a Gold Account and Paypal account. I tried with another credit card, but it is the same. Microsoft says me in chat: "you have to try morgen", they say it everyday since 17 November.

I tried too. I explain, I've a Xbox One and downloaded yet Dirt3 and others games of One, but i can't download Dhngeon Siege 3. I tried on Xbox store but i can't, i tired on consolle but i can't because DS3 is only bundle. What can i do? A lot of friends
downloaded it and Microsoft support don't know why somebodies has trouble and somebodies don't have. What answer is this? The only sure thing is that I haven't DS3.

Which country do you live in and which country is your gamertag set for?

 

I live in Germany and my Account is Italian

 

That would be the reason then. Some content cannot be downloaded to different regions. Your gamertag region must match your physical location.

 

And what can i do? Any solutions?

 

But if I use German gamertag then I have German contents and games and I don't want ))

The problem isn't Country. I tried with Demo and it did run.

You may be able to download the demo but the full game will require the gamertag to match your physical location.

 

I don't know. Maybe. However I'm going to try to call Microsoft Chat Support because they didn't say nothing about country and I want to ask and say that in support forum the people say this.

Because support does not know which games are region locked

From other posts it is region locked because they get the mismatched regions

FYI for the best experience with xbox live your account region must match your actual region
