I cant download DLC I previously purchased

Bo2 became backwards compatible on xbox one. I have been trying to download my dlc that I purchased for the game previously on xbox 360. The dlc I bought were the first 3 map packs and some camo packs. I need some help downloading this dlc on my xbox one
as it does not pop up when I go to manage the game on xbox one

Beta

I joined the beta and got the download for it but my Xbox broke so I bought a new one. Now the section for the Beta is cut off and I cannot access any of my previously purchased DLC and other content. Can anyone help? (also cant access the forums)

Problem Re-Downloading Black Ops DLC

I have recently tried to re-download my DLC for Black Ops I was able to download the last DLC pack (4) however I was not able to download the third DLC even though I know I have previously purchased it on this account, I deleted it to free up disk space,
any idea why this is.

Double check on your
Microsoft Commerce account that you purchased the content on the account you are posting from. Generally speaking though, if the content isn't showing up in your game's "Ready to Install" list, that's an indication that the purchases may have been made
on another account.

If you have previously purchased the dlc you can go at the online marketplace and download the dlc from there. If you already have purchased that exact dlc with your account you will not be charged again.

The issue isn't related to incorrect Home Xboxes.

As previously stated, I can still play shared content that was previously downloaded before the issue started happening. I just cant make use of any newly purchased content by my roommate.

No it was never reinstalled or deleted andI purchased in USA
