    Hey!

    I am !

    So i brought gold for 1 month, and i saw that Assasin's creed III will be free.

    I was excited as hell so today June 1st i wanted to download the game but it said i can't download it, also i can't get help from xbox live support.

    Please help!

    Hi there! I'll try to help you get downloading AC3, but first I need to know a couple things before I can narrow down the issue. I also recommend this page on Xbox 360
    USB storage devices.

    What error message are you receiving?

    Have you verified that your USB storage is compatible and recognized on your console?

    I don't get any error message, it just says "Device Full" in the "Active Downloads" tab

    It is compatible and my console recognizes it, and i already installed some games before in this USB storage but i deleted them to install AC3
